Acceptance

By accessing or using VirtualMalls you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts are non-transferable.

Marketplace Rules

For Buyers: All purchases are subject to merchant return policies. You agree to provide truthful reviews and to refrain from fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of promotional offers.

For Merchants: You must accurately describe products, honor listed prices, and fulfill orders promptly. Prohibited items (counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, illegal products) will result in immediate account suspension.

Intellectual Property

All VirtualMalls branding, software, and design elements are our property. Merchants retain ownership of their product listings and images but grant VirtualMalls a license to display them on the platform. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content.

Limitation of Liability

VirtualMalls acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for product quality, merchant disputes, or delivery issues beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or harm the marketplace. You may close your account at any time through your profile settings. Outstanding orders and balances must be settled before closure.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except where prohibited by local law.
